Feel Better, Train Harder

Dry needling, manual therapy, and performance rehabilitation in downtown Milwaukee

I believe physical therapy should be straightforward and effective. I aim to have you feeling a lot better on day one using some combination of dry needling, manual therapy, and one or two high value exercises.

As soon as pain is under control, we progressively load tissues to restore the strength and durability required for hard training so you can stay active and move through life with greater confidence and ease.

1. Evaluate

I provide skilled evaluation and assessment to every new patient to determine the most appropriate course of action and initial treatment selection, whether it be dry needling, manual therapy, therapeutic loading, or a combined approach

2. Treat

Starting on day one, and for as long as necessary, I will use any and every skill at my disposal to provide immediate relief so you leave feeling better than when you walked in.

3. Load

As early as symptoms allow, we begin progressively loading. This is as much art as it is science. Not too heavy, not too light. Always adjusting as needed. I will get your tissues as durable and strong as you will let me so you can train hard and prevent re-injury
